Mobile Thermal Solutions (MTS) provides HVAC systems for the global market. That is done under the brands Mobile Climate Control (MCC), Bus Climate Control (BCC) and Italytec. 

We operate production and logistics centers in Canada (Vaughn, Mississauga, Concord), Poland (Olawa), USA (York, Pennsylvania), Brazil (Nova Odessa), and China (Ningbo). MTS adheres to industry-standard business practices, terms, and conditions. By adopting the standards outlined here, we aim to build strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with our suppliers. The following documents and manuals are designed to help suppliers understand our expectations regarding sustainability, purchasing, quality, and logistics for goods and services provided to MTS. 

These resources also support MTS in meeting IATF 16949 Quality Management System requirements and demonstrate our commitment, as a member of the UN Global Compact, to long-term sustainable operations and supplier development. To ensure clarity about our expectations and methods, we require our suppliers to thoroughly review and comply with these guidelines.

VBG Group - Code of Conduct 
As a provider of goods and/or services to MTS we would like you to be aware of the formal Code of Conduct that is implemented and adapted through all divisions of the VBG Group. 

The VBG Group encourages all our suppliers, consultants and other business partners within its sphere of influence to adapt to these principles. We therefore like to ask you to send a signed acknowledgement in return that your company will adapt to these principles, or a signed copy of your equivalent set of guidelines which you need to adhere to for the regular business within your company. 

Whistleblower  

If you suspect misconduct, violations of our Code of Conduct, human rights, environmental harm, or other non-compliance within our operations or supply chain, you can report it confidentially through our Whistleblower channel. Reports can be made anonymously where permitted by law.

EU General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

All MCC Purchase Orders shall be governed by the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions in effect for the issuing location. Links to each location’s applicable Terms and Conditions are provided above.

Supplier Change Request (SCR) template 
The Supplier Change Request (SCR) is a standardized format for suppliers to notify MTS of any Product or Process change. When completed, this form should be e-mailed to responsible strategic purchaser at MTS. It is important that no change is ever implemented prior to written approval by MTS. 

Quality documents and templates 

Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) - Part Submission Warrant 
The PPAP with all requested documentation and samples according to the APQP process shall be available or submitted on the agreed date. This process shall show that all requirements specified in our drawings and specifications are fulfilled
