Creating WCAG 2.1 Compliant Webpages for Enhanced User Experience
0:54

MCC is in the process of updating its webpages to comply with WCAG 2.1 standards. This work is expected to be completed in a few weeks.

WCAG 2.1, or Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, is an international benchmark for ensuring web content is accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities.

It is structured around four fundamental principles: content must be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. Designing with WCAG 2.1 in mind goes beyond legal compliance—it's about fostering inclusivity, expanding audience reach, and enhancing the overall user experience.

Additionally, accessible websites often experience improvements in SEO and usability, benefiting everyone, not just individuals with disabilities.

Stay tuned, soon you will have a great experience on our sites!
