Climate Chambers

Performance-Tested Climate Chambers

To test and validate the performance of both new and existing systems, Mobile Climate Control has invested in our own state-of-the-art climate chambers. These facilities are also available for external companies to rent and use for their testing needs.

Climate Chamber Validation for Severe-Duty Off-Road Applications

MCC climate chambers provide precise, repeatable testing of HVAC-R and thermal systems under severe-duty conditions. Built for off-road applications, they simulate extreme temperatures, humidity, and thermal loads to mirror real machine operation. This allows engineers to verify complete system performance—airflow, heating and cooling capacity, and control response—before equipment goes into the field. By identifying potential failure modes early, MCC helps OEMs lower development risk, increase reliability, and secure consistent performance in operation. Validation is used not only as a final check, but as an integrated engineering tool that supports data-driven decisions throughout the development process.

Global Locations

MCC operates a global network of climate chambers, enabling us to perform our own testing and validation of HVAC and thermal systems. We also offer these facilities for customers to rent for their own tests and validation programs. The chambers are strategically located close to key markets, and in the United States this capability is provided through our sister brand, BCC.
