MCC even stronger

MCC is growing in both North America and Europe. Meet Paul Stever and Leif Lindquist here:

Paul Stever – Director of Engineering, North America
Paul is a Mechanical Engineer with a Management Science Option from the University of Waterloo, Canada. He has spent 20 years in the transportation industry with specific experience in HVAC system design including being awarded an engineering patent with high volume production application. During his career he has held positions at seven different locations within Canada and the United States and gained a broad knowledge and implementation of operation procedures, engineering process, and global procedures. Paul has held senior management positions as Vehicle Team Engineering Manager, Chief Engineering Program Manager, and Quality Manager. Recent successes include his product responsibility being recognized by Consumer’s Report for Top Recommended Buy as well as winning the J.D. Power Durability and J.D. Power Initial Quality Survey Awards.
Paul has taken over from Eric Weiss who is now Group Vice President in charge of Global Research & Development.

Leif Lindquist – Director of Engineering, Europe
Leif joined MCC in March 2008, after almost two decades in the telecom industry during a period of tremendous growth. He has always worked with research and development and has held a number of different positions as Project manager, Team leader, Co-ordination manager subsidiary companies and as Director, product development. During this period Leif registered a patent for a radio frequency micro-strip filter. Leif's technical training focused on electronic design and software development, and work experience also on mechanical design. Development programs in the telecom industry led Leif through management training such as Project management, Active leadership and International Management of Technology, held in France, USA and Japan.
Leif has taken over from Stefan Spehar who is now Group Vice President in charge of Global sourcing.
