Electronics/Software engineer
Mobile Climate Control is in a period of major expansion on every market. We are urgently looking for an enthusiastic elecrical engineer with the right background and experience to join our engineering team in Sweden. More than 500 people work worldwide for MCC with custom engineered HVAC systems for the growing commercial vehicle industry.

Education & experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- HVAC experience preferred
- Experience of control system design preferred
Knowledge & skills:
- 3 to 5 years experience in electrical design, prototyping, and testing of electrical/electronic systems
- Thorough knowledge of 12v/24v DC and low voltage AC (120, 220, 400 VAC etc.) components and associated wiring
- Knowledge of electrical AC/DC motors, switches, blowers, fans, heating elements, contactors, circuit breakers, fuses and control electronics
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems
- Proficient in AutoCAD drafting or other CAD package for electric schematics U
- Understanding of industrial software applications (C, C++, Visual Studio)
- Familiarity with control systems
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Able to read/interpret and write technical specifications
- Familiar with MS Office
Brief job description:
- Design electrical, power management and control systems for HVAC products
- Produce detailed electrical schematics and wiring harness drawings, documentation, verification and test plans specific to customer and project requirements
- Liaison and periodic travel to end customers
- Liaison with vendors for technical information and specifications
- Assign part and drawing numbers and create BOM’s
- Identify electrical/electronic components, connectors and wiring required to be used in new and existing products
- Assist in fabrication of prototypes testing and samples for production when required
- Participate in preparation of bid/proposal documents and cost calculations
- Perform product qualification testing
